Donut Cookie
- You will need:
- Donut-shaped Cookie cutter
- 2 tipless decorating bags
- 2 PME Tip 2.5
- 1 Wilton couplers
- Royal Icing:
- Pink Outline Icing
- Pink Flood Icing
- Fun Valentine’s Sprinkles

Fill pink outline icing into decorating bag with coupler and #2.5 PME Tip. Outline icing consistency is similar to toothpaste.
Fill pink Flood icing in tipless decorating bag. Flood icing consistency is similar to maple syrup.

Using outline icing pipe around the cut out in the middle. Pipe a wavy line around the outer edge of the cookie.

Now it’s time to grab your pink flood icing and fill in where you just outlined.

Make sure there are no uneven areas on the surface.

Sprinkle with fun Valentine’s sprinkles.
Heart Cookie

- 1 PME Tip 2.5

- Red Outline Icing

Now it’s time to grab your red flood icing and fill in where you just outlined.

Grab your pink FLOOD icing to add some polka dots. When your making polka dots always make sure you use flood icing. This is a wet on wet technique. Hold your tipless decorating bag vertical and straight up and down. Squeeze ever so slightly in one spot, stop squeezing and pull the bag straight up.

Your polka dots would settle in to the red flood icing and will dry flat and flush.
